For a long time, Chinese herbal medicine is the people of our country's important to the long-term disease prevention and control of drug sources, and from its natural, drug side effects, treatment of difficult diseases and chronic diseases have special effects and other advantages, is gradually being accepted by people around the would. As the original of traditional Chinese medicine in China, the Chinese herbal species, reserves is the highest in the world, Chinese herbal medicine has also been an important export commodity in China.Chinese plant to yellow as the Scrophulariaceae Rehmannia (Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.) Fresh or dried root, is commonly used in Chinese Traditional Medicine, has treating yin deficiency by reinforcing body fluid and clearing heat, hemostasis and blood-enrichment, and other effects, clinical application is extremely broad. A notable feature is the raw and cooked products with different efficiency.Although some domestic technology workers on the quality of changes before and after processing a number of studies, but the existing Rehmannia processing production, lack of reasonable and systematic production and quality control, but no strict quality standards to be enforced. Full efficiency of Chinese medicine can, in addition to the decision in the nature of Chinese medicine, the appropriatenesss of processing and processing has a direct relationship. Therefore using quality ingredients, the best processing technology, a reasonable selection of processed products, will enable the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to be fully reflected.In this experiment, Jiaozuo, Henan, Rehmannia real estate areas as raw material, the active component of ground yellow methods for extracting and variation to study the processing technology and process changes of the active ingredient.
