In recent years, complex fault block reservoir has become the development main body, and universally access to high water cut stage, directly impact on stable production of oilfield. Most of these reservoirs, which are low permeability, high viscosity, high temperature, severe heterogeneity, lead to viscous fingering of injection water, flooding seriously, and outstanding interlayers contradiction. The less water-free oil recovery is, the more water injection required is when to reach the same recovery percent, and most of the oil would be producted on the high water cut stage. That is, the high water cut stage is still an important waterflooding stage for these fault blocks. Therefore, how to make a economic and effective development on this stage has become a problem must be resolved ASAP.The paper takes HeJian complex fault block reservoir for example, take comprehensive evaluation of the survey region's development effect, the main reservoir engineering indicators include the well density, injection-production ratio, water storage rate, relationship between water cut and recovery percent, water drive characteristics, decline curve, the level to keep the energy of oillayer and reservoir, etc., and take a statistical analysis of incremental oil measures before. To get the remaining oil distribution law of HeJian complex fault block reservoir through dynamic analysis and numerical simulation, and design the comprehensive managing technology combine with layers development and water-injection status of the well region and well group. According to the technology plan, to carry out the corrective measures strictly, and take a prediction of the implementation effect.
