This thesis makes a systematic and thorough research on the failure of current oil well in GuDao oil-field. First, the condition of the sucker rod pumping system application, the development situation of the sucker rod pumping system at home and abroad, the main problems existing in the sucker rod pumping system are briefly stated and described, by which the author put forward the theme of this thesis.Second, proceeded the detailed inquisition to GuDao oil-field oil well side wear present condition,and classify according to the different circumstance, provides the foundation data for further research. Chap3 of this thesis according to the present condition of GuDao oil-field oil well side wear, divide side wear oil well into perpendicular and bent oil well to have mechanism research. Found out the main reason of oil well side wear. Indoors experiment and test with the spot were given to the tube and pole, control the regulation of the sucker rod pumping system suffer between dint and bottom a resistance.Chap4 provided the comprehensive managing technology to the oil well side wear, apply Supporting Utensil,Aggravate Pole,Tube and Pole Rubbing Pair,Liquid and Expansion dint Anchor,Anti-wear Supporting Utensil,XS oil formation protection Anti-side wear string etc comprehensive managing technology, manage the oil well side wear, and contrast managing result. Chap5 described the economic performance though application of oil well preventing side wear technology.Chap6 proceeded the summary of the system to this thesis. Drawing a conclusion the main reason and s comprehensive managing technology in GuDao oil-field, have important meaning to improve the life and reliability of oil-field oil well in GuDao oil-field.
