After compareing a variety of separation methods by searching for literature, this paper select the complex extraction, a method of high capacity and high selectivity to polar organic dilute solution, to separate and recover acetic acid from wasterwater such as that discharged in the process of furfural production. In the early laboratory research work, s100 and s200 were chosen as extractant, and the extraction process of s100 had been studied. In the paper,we study the process of acetic acid complex extraction of extractant s200 and research the effect of vibratory freqency, two-phase flow, ratio of solvent to RPC as well as the effect of the impulse strength, impulse frequency, two-phase flow to the Pulsed packed extraction column. The pilotscale experiment of s100 in RPC aslo is studied. At the last, we studied the regeneration of extractant s100 by simple vacuum experiment and vacuum distillation. For RPC, Under experimental conditions, with the increase of vibration frequency, the extraction rate of s200 first increase and then decrease and the extraction rate increases with the growth of the solvent ratio. For the pulsed packed extraction column, with the increase of solvent ratio, the extraction rate of s200 increases to a some content. The extraction rate reduces as the increase of two-phase flow. In a specific range, it is more advantageous to the extraction process when the pulse strength becomes stronger and each pulse strength matches with the optium pulse frequency. The result that the real extraction rate of extractant s100 is 95% is obtained through deep study the process of complex extraction of acetic acid dilute solution with the extractant s100 in the pilotscale RPC.The extractant s100 can access to the ideal regeneration effect and the acetic acid of 20% concentrationthe is got at the condition of 100℃and 2.0 kPa. It has no influence to the extraction quality of extractant after regeneration. Finally, the paper receives the process condition of extractant regeneration and acetic acid recovery through the study to extractant regeneration with the distillation experiments.
