China's offshore oil field development is in a stage of rapid development. To ensure the efficient, save energy and reduce consumption, many measures in all aspects have been taken, such as Water, Lifting, Gathering, and so on. In order to achieve optimal decision, on the one hand, the component models, subsystem models, and system model need to be verified, on the other hand, the effect of optimal decision-making need to be simulated. So it is necessary to establish an Operating Condition Simulating Platform of Offshore Oil Field Development & Production System. This issue comes from"Large oil and gas fields and coal bed methane development", which is National Science and Technology major project of CNOOC research. The simulation test system of LD5-2 oil field is designed and completed. The main work is as follows:1. The key technologies of development process in the offshore oil field were analyzed. The Water subsystem, Lifting subsystem and Gathering subsystem were introduced. The offshore oil field production optimization strategy based on gilb regulation and genetic algorithm were Described in detail.2. The theoretical model was modified on the basis of analysis of oil data, and optimization mechanism was researched.. For the problem of taking a long time in computing, platform design program based on Parallel computing Strategy was adopted in this paper; the Information exchange program and the type of database were determined; a test platform for hardware system was also built.3. System of offshore oil field simulation conditions test platform was designed. The test platform was built using active mode and parallel computing. Then the platform design, communication design, universal library design and database design were described in detail.4. At last, the software design was discussed. The production simulation and production optimization process of the lifting subsystem were introduced, and finally, a comparative analysis of optimization results were shown.
