Concerning to the numerical simulation of corrupted waxy deposit in the climbing pipeline, numerical simulation is often used to discuss the structural failure and slide of waxy deposit in the pipe, in order to depict the coagulation plugging procession of waxy oil pipeline in the mountain areas, then make valuable and serious suggestion for the safety of the distant waxy oil pipeline operation. According to the physical property of waxy deposit and character of actual working pipeline, ADINA is utilized for the unique material model– multiliner creep material, and bidirection coupling FSI to do numerical simulation to the stress state of waxy deposit under various working condition, including different angle in which the pipe climbs, the diameter of the pipe, thickness of waxy deposit layer, and distance of pipe. Besides these, ANSYS/DYNA is used for its special arithmetic– ALE, to numerically simulate the slippage procession of waxy deposit in the climbing pipe where the operating situation is diverse for the density, the viscosity and the compressibility. It can be concluded that if waxy deposit is in the condition of wider-angle in which pipe climbs, the longer diameter of pipe is, the more distant the pipe is, the deposit tends to corrupted and slip from where it located when the pipe is working. In addition to this, with the quantity of the density, viscosity and compressibility of liquid crude oil in pipe increases, the waxy oil is less likely to corrupt and the process of slippage will be longer. What should be pointed out is that the influence in the aspect of compressibility is restricted because of the limited section of compressibility of oil.
