| At present, every primary oilfield in our country uses oil recovery technology of water inject as a main method to enhance oil recovery, but most of the oilfield are in the middle or last period. Because of the bad Water quality condition of water injection, it brings severe corrosion and fouling problem to the down-hole tubing strings and pipelines.This piper primarily aims to the problems of corrosion and fouling of water injection. Then select the X-1 and X-3 water treating plant of D oilfield as a center place, choose the typical water injection process, and analyze every water quality standard as well as its change along with the water injection process by checking the different stages'water quality in the whole process. Analyze the reasons of corrosion and fouling in every area in the view of water quality. Through the work-over operation for water injection well, acquire the produces and fouling sample; Through the method such as X-ray diffraction, analyze the element and mine composition of corrosion products and fouling sample; through the composition of corrosion and fouling sample, inversion the causes of it. At the basis of analysis of water quality, corrosion products and the mine composition of fouling sample, analyze the main reason of corrosion and fouling in different area, and then bring up the measure of anti-corrosion. Researches have found out: the oilfield has high water injection corrosion. The major efforts influencing it: free carbon dioxide, bacteria, dissolved solids and fouling, etc. However, the chief reason of severe water fouling of this oilfield is: high dissolved solids, the content of Ca2+, Mg2+, Sr2+ and Ba2+. In addition, the emergence of corrosion enhances the alkaline of water, and lead to serious fouling down-hole. Technologies such as chemical agent change of water quality, coating of killing bacteria and anti-corrosion proper to control the corrosion and fouling of water injection well tubing strings in this oilfield.
