In process of offshore oil drilling operations, because of the wave's role, both offshore drilling platform and drill are in grave instability, which have seriously hindered us exploring marine resources. Therefore, in order to better finish the dynamic analysis, operation performance analysis and control system characteristics of offshore drill in deepwater, the paper design deep-water drilling experiment system, including six degrees of freedom vibrational test-bed, up-and-down test-bed and derrick model. The design goal is to test basic parameters of the derrick model in simulated offshore, and then compare to the simulation of drilling experiment system, so that we will timely modify the results of simulation and improve the reliability and accuracy of the theoretical analysis results.In this paper, the main resreach point is test-bed, which is composed of vibrational test-bed and up-and-down test-bed, the former mainly simulates the pitch and roll motions of simulation plateform in the waves, the latter mainly completes the up-and-down movement. First of all, according to major motion performance parameters of the test-bed, the paper designed the overall structure, analysed and calculated the driver, the transmission, and the control system of test-bed. Secondly, it completed the whole 3D modeling with the drawing software SOLIDWORKS, and determined the models for various parts of the test-bed. Again, the paper calculated and checked to drive motor, ball screw, bearing etc were chosen to calculate and check each ChengZaiJian, the structural strength, stiffness analysis. At last, it finished the control system of test-bed, according to the motion characteristics of test-bed, tested out the stress changes derrick thigh for offshore drilling, for the study provides experimental platform.
