Modular Processing Technology Of Disposal Oilfield Fracturing Wastewater

Fracturing techniques is a major increase measures in oil and gas field , Widely used in every oilfield,. Fracturing flowback liquid is great harm to the environment . Due to its inherent pollutants ingredients complex and stability , under the action of forces ,it is hard to degrade, it brings the enormous ecological environment problems. Therefore, Conduct fracturing wastewater treatment technology has the vital significance,to eliminate environment pollution and ensure oilfield normal production and sustainable development.Analysis and evaluation of fracturing wastewater pollution characteristics, the research indicates that fracturing wastewater has highly suspended, commonly between 200 to 700mg/L, and as with high viscosity and high COD characteristics. Fracturing wastewater has the petroleum hydrocarbons organic which is the highest content of it, most organic among C10^C28. Due to the special additives in fracturing system, fracturing wastewater contains more big Senior fatty acid kind organic and Aldehyde ketone organic types. The study also points out that heavy metals is not main pollutants of fracturing wastewater.According to well site of oil field fracturing wastewater quantity is small, scattered, no continuity and difficult to collect disposal characteristics, combined with the end result of after treatment fracturing water different problems, put forward the modular processing technology of fracturing wastewater, adopted coagulation, precipitation, ultrafiltration and ozone advanced oxidation technology to treatment wastewater. The results of the study show that use coagulation, precipitation, ultrafiltration combination treatment processes, can make the fracturing water reached back to injected water quality standards; use coagulation, precipitation, ultrafiltration, O₃ / MnO₂ combination treatment process, can treat the COD acuities 5000mg/L fracturing wastewater to the national integrated wastewater discharge secondary standard (GB8978 1996).Based on this, design and development fracturing wastewater sewage modular treatment equipment, the equipment is set flocculation, precipitation, ultrafiltration, ozone catalytic oxidation and sludge disposal and other auxiliary units for one, through CheZaiShi mobile handling practices distributed drill fracturing wastewater of safe disposal. Through the longdong oilfield, ansai oilfield and Sue's gasfield 11 drill's field tests, harmful pollutants removal efficiency are excellent, proved the feasibility and practicality of processing equipment, and clearly fracturing wastewater treatment technology of each application conditions.
