The thesis is divided into two parts.In the first part ,the synthesis of 3 - aminopyridine is studied.3 - aminopyridine isan important ramification of pyridine, mainly used for medicine,pesticide interme-diates and abroad used in dye industries. In this paper, 3 - cyanopyridine as rawmaterial is converted into 3 - aminopyridine by hydrolysis,Hofmann degradation.Then, we established the best reaction conditions, through a series of experiments.Inaddition, 3-aminopyridine is separated from the reaction mixture throughexraction,because the reaction is carried out in the water(the water solubility of 3-aminopyridine is good). The extraction devices have also been studied.In the second part,the synthesis of citronellol from dihydromyrcene is studied.Citronellol is an important monoterpenes spices.There are many ways to synthesizecitronellol,but dihydromyrcene can be easily get from turpentine and the yiled ofturpentine of China ranks second in the world.Therefore,this article mainly discussesthe synthesis of citronellol using dihydromyrcene an raw material. Firstly, threemethods reported in the literature was repeated, and then a new synthesis method wastried on the basis of consolidating the advantage of the two methods to. But due to thelimite of the time, this method needs further improve. |
