Currently, with the rapid development of our country's national economy,energy and environment protection attract more and more attention. Meanwhile, thatcoal contributes 73% in our country's energy structure makes it be an importantproblem and developing the clean coal technology is its only way, how to utilize thelimited coal energy reasonably to develop its largest effective., Under Kailuan LTDCompany, Tangshan Mining Company's washing and dressing system takes thecombined jig-flotation process, which has been reformed for several times and manytechnical and equipment problem has solved. However, with the change of theeconomic situation, coal market and raw coal, the company's coal processing systemappears deficiencies from different aspects, such as the head coal bears severe lossdue to the difficulty of choosing the raw coal and the inadaptation of the jig process.Furthermore, the company's washing and processing system needs to treat more to thepit water, because the Tang Shan city's government requires more restrictively to themine drainage due to the needs of Dananhu's construction; the efficient result cannotmake the standards easily and the normal production of processing coal is effected,because the market needs for the head coal is increasing, but the equipment worksmore than it can, then old-fashioned and aging; some more problems also becomevery outstanding, the unstable product etc. With the reference of the successfulreformation results of the other coal separating plant, the essay does feasibility studyon Tang Shan Mining Company's washing and processing system's coal processingtechnique and equipment reformation, in order to adapt the change of coal customer'sneeds and the raw coal, and to increase the company's marketing competitiveness.During this feasibility study and with the reference of the other coal separating plant'sreformatting experience, the essay, finally, decides to use the medium - flotationprocess on the washing and processing coal system's technical reformation after thecomparison with jig - coarse coal medium– flotation. After the reformation of themedium techniques, the efficiency of the coal washing and processing improved from83% to 93% approximately. This great improvement will create economic benefits directly; which also can utilize the pit water reasonably after purify though the coalwashing and processing system instead of drain it directly. All in all, the reformationof washing and processing coal system technique in Tang Shan Mining Company hasits exploitativeness, which also can bring great economic benefits to the companyafter the reformation.
