Coal is China's major energy, economic and social development has an important role in the formation of coal resources in the city's coal industry with the formation of the formation of; with the development of coal resources, a long time, the coal city has been using "high input, high output, low efficiency, high pollution, "the mode of production, the degree of pollution and ecological damage is particularly serious, to reduce the recoverable reserves, resource depletion, the city's ecological environment has been severely damaged. There are many such as resource consumption, depletion, slow economic growth, business efficiency is poor, increased unemployment, the economic structure of a single management structure and personnel deficiencies and other problems, which seriously hampered the city's sustainable economic development.This paper describes the Jixi natural, economic profile.
