In the later time of the heavy oil recovery, in order to increase the use of the reservoir, separate steam injection has become one of the most common and effective technology. Packer, injector and other thermal recovery downhole tools are the keys to ensure the implementation of the process. However, due to the lack of test for thermal recovery downhole tools currently in our country, when brought into the scene without the test case, there will be some security risk to oil production.In this paper, on the basis of analysis and investigation, a design of high temperature and pressure testing system for separate steam injection is put forward. The heating and pressure system were redesigned to solve the problems existing in former design. then we designed the pressure circuit regulation in the high pressure and temperature pump. It solved the problems that the system pressure can not meet the design requirements and the system excessive boost pressure. Finally, based on the success of the single debugging test, we made the united test of the whole high temperature and pressure system and calibrate the system using nitrogen.Our work includes aspects as follows:1. The domestic status of heavy oil recovery technology was adequately studied, with emphasis on analyzing the current heavy oil extraction technology at home and aboard. On this basis the high pressure and temperature test system for thermal recovery layer steam injection was designed.2. According to the system requirement, the original heating system and pressure system was redesigned.3. According to the test requirements, we designed the conducting oil and nitrogen testing process respectively.4. Using the medium of heat conducting oil, the thermal recovery layer steam injection simulation system was joint adjusted, and the test system was calibrated by injection nitrogen. The experimental results showed that the availability and rationality of the system were verified very well.
