Oil exploration needs injecting some high pressure steam with proper stem to acquit oil, Generally, High pressure stem-injection boilers for producing high pressure steam are oil-fired or natural gas-fired, however, it is expensive, therefore many oilfields adopt coal-fired boilers instead of oil-fired boilers, developing different kinds of coal-fired boilers for producing high pressure steam, and reducing the cost.Coal-fired boilers account for a large proportion in national industrial boilers. Combustion of boilers has features of nonlinear and instability of parameters and it is hard to build an accurate math module. Therefore, it is difficult to control combustion of boilers, and the efficiency of combustion is low, making a heavy waste of resources. Improvement of combustion efficiency of boilers is concerned by engineering and technical personnel and researchers. There are so many uncertain factors in coal-fired control; traditional PID control can not obtain a good effect. So seek a new control method is very necessary.This paper does a research about control system of coal-fired boilers, and the control system is decoupled into three control loops, they are drum level control loop, steam pressure control loop and negative pressure of furnace bore control loop. This paper combines fuzzy control theory and neutral network theory, put up an algorithm of fuzzy neutral network with compensation, and design fuzzy neutral network controllers with compensation for the three control loops, and simulates the three control loops with MATLAB. In the meantime, adopting traditional PID control method to simulate control loops, and it is confirmed compulsory fuzzy neutral network has its advantages.Automation control system of coal-fired boilers adopts structure with an upper computer and a lower computer. The upper computer adopts industrial computer, it used to monitor coal-fired boiler for managers and engineers, and the lower computer adopts PLC to obtain data acquisition, the program soft adopts WinCC to monitor important parameters with Delphi expending is data filing, data query and data printing, obtaining a better human-machine interface and designs hardware of the control system and programs part of monitoring software.The control system studied by this paper adopts a control method of fuzzy neutral network with compensation in addition to ensure high efficiency of combustion. It shows that the fuzzy neutral network controller with compensation covers shortcomings of traditional PID control, makes control system has a stronger robust, shelf-adaptation and a high speed of study. This system is suitable for online learning control and boiler control system.
