Stainless steel/carbon steel cladding reinforced is a new type of composite materials, which has beautiful shape. It produced a combination of mechanical properties,which including stainless steel rebar and common reinforced. Stainless steel cladding reinforced has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and has low price compared with homogeneous stainless steel .So Stainless steel cladding reinforced has broad application prospects. In order to determine the hot-rolling process parameter, with Stainless steel cladding reinforced hot-rolling process as the research object, the paper researches the metal flow in the grooves during rolling.Firstly the paper summarizes several anti-corrosion of reinforced in detail, analyses their advantages and disadvantages comprehensively. The current researching and development status on stainless steel cladding reinforced in both home and outside is the key introduced object.Secondly it elaborates elastic-plastic finite element method. It gives the sizes of grooves in different grooves parameters. Under MARC background, it establishes three-dimension finite element model of two passes in rolling stainless steel cladding reinforced.Thirdly, through the simulation result it researches the temperature field distribution of variational, the flow condition in the grooves, the strain distribution, the contact normal stress distribution, sizes after rolling and thickness distribution. It compares with the simulation result of rolling homogeneous carbon steel and stainless steel cladding reinforced. It Compares and analyses the contact normal stress distribution and thickness distribution of workpiece with different Groove parameters.Finally, after explaining the experiment situation, it records the original data and deals with them, obtains the variational discipline of the rolling force and Section size of workpiece. The simulation results of Stainless steel cladding reinforced are in agreement with the experiment and it proves the design of grooves is reasonable and the FEM model is reliability.
