The stainless layer, out of stainless steel/carbon steel cladding reinforced, is able toprevent the penetration of Cl-, which could reduce the corrosion and prolong the servicelife of reinforcing steel bar. Compared with ordinary carbon steel reinforced, stainlesssteel/carbon steel cladding reinforced has better corrosion resistance performance. Inaddition, relative to the solid stainless steel reinforced, stainless steel/carbon steel claddingreinforced could save more stainless steel in achieving the same corrosion resistance.At present, stainless steel/carbon steel cladding reinforced has been producedsuccessfully through the method of rolling compound abroad, while it is not mature to theproduction and research inland. The situation of the metallurgical combination is differentwhen the workpieces pass through different pass sequences. It is important to research themetallurgical bonding effect of different pass sequences in stainless steel/carbon steelcladding reinforced rolling. This dissertation is based on the discussion above.This dissertation mainly discusses the differences of diamond-diamond pass system,diamond-square pass system, hexagon-square pass system and oval-square pass system.First of all, the pass systems could be calculated through Wusatowski Relative BroadeningFormula. Then elastic-plastic finite element process could be established by MSC.Marc,afinite element analysis software. Simulate the rolling process of diamond-diamond passsystem with certain rolling conditions, and design the pass of rolling experiment. Then,finish the rolling mill experiment in YanShan university laboratory. Through analysis thedifferences between experiment and simulation, correct the rolling condition of simulation,and simulate the rest of the three pass systems. At last, discuss the effect of different passsequences in stainless steel/carbon steel cladding reinforced rolling, so that it couldprovide some theory for the subsequent research。...
