High pressure tee is one of the most important pressure pipe products. Exploration and reseach on efficient and high-quantity tee will play a hot topic in future years for enterprises.The paper was applied to the key procedure compress package of the hot extrusion forming process of equal diameter tee, Put forward new differential heating method and numerical simulation method. The influence of different heating parameters on compress package forming was analyzed in this method, and the simulation result and test results well anastomosis.According to the optimal fluid flow laws,the paper have remodeled the geometries of the high pressure tee and its die. Using the nonlinear finite element analysis technology, we have analyzed and contrasted the stress distribution characteristics in stress concentration area, deformations and the forming results of the compress package process between the new model tee and the original model tee. The result shows that the stress concentration area of the new model tee avoids the area where the tee used to get damage when it works and the deformation in the compress package process will be easier.The hot extrusion forming process of equal diameter tee is the nodus in the process technology of manufacturing pipes, and the drawing process of the branch pipe is the key procedure to finally forming the tee. In actual process, the branch pipe needs many times of the drawing processes to be finally formed. In this paper, according to the hypothesis of its invariable volume and the analysis results of numerical simulations, the prefabricated hole of the tee is calculated, and FEM simulation it's forming process. In the same time, using the orthogonal experiments to optimize the prefabricated hole's parameters and the movement speed of drawing die v., confirming the reasonable process parameters.
