Spinning is an advanced plastic forming process that combines multiple process characteristics.Tin bronze is widely used in the manufacture of some important mechanical parts.The connecting rod bushing processed from tin bronze workpiece through strong spinning has high strength and hardness,but the plasticity is often poor.In order to improve the plasticity of the forming part,improve the overall mechanical properties,reduce the requirements for the power and stiffness of the spinning equipment,increase the spinning reduction,reduce the spinning operation time,improve production efficiency,reduce product costs,etc.It is improved by the heating spinning forming,so it is very important to improve the mechanical properties of the forming parts by controlling the heating spinning parameters.Heating spinning is a spinning method in which a metal billet is heated to a temperature below the metal recrystallization temperature.The process is affected by the spinning temperature,thinning rate,feed ratio and other factors.When a metal material is heating spinning,it undergoes work hardening due to plastic deformation below the recrystallization temperature.At the same time,when the deformation temperature is high,the material undergoes dynamic recovery and other changes.Deformation temperature,degree of deformation,and deformation speed will directly affect the changes in the microstructure and mechanical properties of the forming part.In addition,the dynamic recovery,dynamic recrystallization temperature,and internal structure of different materials are different,and the quality of the heating spinning process and the forming part is greatly different.This article mainly studies the influence of the process parameters of the heating spinning forming of tin bronze(QSn7-0.2)cylindrical parts on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the forming parts.Simufact.forming software is a finite element simulation software specifically for metal plastic forming,which can be used to simulate the processing process of a variety of materials.This article is based on Simufact.forming simulation.By establishing a finite element simulation model of tin bronze(QSn7-0.2)heating spinning,study the forming process of heating spinning.Use the single-factor test method to study the effects of different spinning temperatures,thinning rates and feed ratios on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the forming parts,in order to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the forming parts.Use the metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope to observe and analyze the metallographic structure and tensile fracture morphology of the forming parts.Test the hardness,tensile strength,yield strength,and elongation of the forming parts and analyzed by a Brinell hardness tester and a universal tensile tester.Explore the influence of heating spinning parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of forming parts,so as to provide effective theoretical guidance for actual production.Through numerical simulation and experimental verification,reach the following conclusions: In the production process of tin bronze(QSn7-0.2)connecting rod bushings,in order to obtain shaped parts with high strength,high hardness,and excellent plasticity,the heating spinning temperature should be controlled at about 250 ?,the thinning rate should be controlled at about 50%,and the feed ratio should be controlled at about 0.6mm/r.
