The mechanical oil production is the main petroleum production act. Piston pump lifting system and screw pump oil extraction system are the most widely used artificial recovery mode for the mid-low wells.Piston pump lifting system has the character of reliable work, but this oil production system is existing the problems of rod-tube eccentric wear and low efficiency. Screw pumps have the characteristics of simple and good energy-saving effect, but the pump inspection period is relatively short, especially there have many problems under the conditions of deep-well.Therefore, it has the important practical value to design a new mechanical lifting system with the advantages of simple structure, reliable work and energy-saving effect.This paper would carry out the following tasks:The submersible motor rotary drive piston pump pumping system will be designed. This system is consisted of submersible motors, reducers, spiral cam reversing institution, piston pump, gas anchor etc. The spiral cam reversing institution has the advantages of simple structure and reversing reliable.The paper will build the simulation model of movement motion of the plunger , pump load, output shaft torque of reducer casing and input power of submersible motor. It provides a theoretical basis for dynamics simulation and optimization of the parameters of mechanism.The model of profile surface equation of spiral cam, pressure angle and principal curvature will be established with the parametric surface theory. And then, geometric parameter optimization mathematical model of the spiral cam will be seted up.The 3d modeling of the reverse mechanism and the whole sucker system will be completed. <> will be developed with the Visual Basic 6.0, with the help of the software, the geometric parameters of the spiral cam reversing institution will be optimizated and the movement motion of the plunger, pump load, output shaft torque of reducer casing and input power of submersible motor will be simulated.
