In view of the main problems,which included that low localization rate of the plunger control system applied,expensive imported equipment,inconvenient equipment maintenance,high operation and management cost,high intensity of manual wellhead adjustment and low digitalization level in sulige gas field,the mechanism of effusion and criteria of judging effusion were studied systematically for analyzing the water production status.Comparing the applicable conditions of different processes,and the dewatering gas production measures table of effusion gas wells was developed under different production conditions,with the liquid accumulation situation of sulige gas field;Searching the characteristics of each stage of the plunger gas-lift drainage and the periodic movement law,the differential differential dynamic equation for gas lift of plunger was established,based on mass and momentum balance equations,whose analytical solutions are calculated by miline-hamming method and runge-kutta method;The analysis of reasonable system and technological factors of liquid carrying production was studied,and the gas well classification management system was established;The plunger and supporting equipment were designed in order to suit sulige well condition,and which adopted the laser cladding,hard alloy surface hardening and other composite processes,in addition,the clamping device was made of high strength alloy steel,which had a chrome surface,and whose jaws are inlaid with hard alloy and coated,and the nozzle-proof pipe adopts the design of integral forging of the base pipe,mechanical and chemical composite nozzle-proof screw connection;Using time cycle control and pressure control mode,the plunger gas lift drainage gas automatic control system platform was designed,with realizing the remote production of gas wells,and timely alarm treatment of abnormal situations.The laboratory tests and Fluent simulation results showed that the developed plunger had better liquid carrying capacity and abrasion resistance,the corrosion rate of clamping device was less than 0.06 mm/a,and the bop thread connection was reliable.On-site test and application of 83 wells in the sulige gas field,the gas production increased by 14.93×10~4 m~3/d,and the average plunger operation time was 1.89 times/day.Compared with the original gas production,it has increased 75.03%,with obvious stimulation effect.The research results provided strong technical support for the popularization of the plunger gas lift technology.
