The continuous industry process will produce a large number of multi-phase mixture to be separated. With the increasing environmental awareness of citizens and the intensification of water supply and demand, the technology of fine treatment between two phases to recycle resources puts on the agenda. Based on the performance limits of equipments in water purified field, taking cyclone's efficient separation performance into account, the plan of using one miniature structure which will be tested under the condition of lower inlet oil concentration, smaller density difference by experimental design and theoretical analysis is proposed in this article to set optimization conclusion.Through a series of design and manufacture firstly to conclude the appropriate structure size range of cyclone, combined with theory analysis and arranged data as well to generalize the external characteristics influenced by inlet oil concentration Ci, overflow ratio F and the properties etc. Under the structural parameters, the energy consumption of device is lower, and underflow oil concentration is lower than 69ppm, furthermore, liquid transporting from overflow be condensed and efficiency can be up to 82.8%, achieving goal of transportation and reducing consecutive degreasing process; in addition, the comparative experiment shows that miniature structure upgrades the efficiency under the same condition.Two-factor pressure drop formula is established by regression analysis based on certain resistant modulusξ', relative error is fitting. Pointed out that the impact of structural factors affecting on the performance; then probed into the relation between operating and structural parameters, formula of dimensionless diameter of overflow size-concentration-overflow ratio is deduced. The mathematical method tests accuracy and provides basis for establishment of general theory.
