It is a trend to exploit crude oil by multi-layer,which can take full exploitation of underground resources,enhance oil recovery and reduce the construction lands,saving production costs.However,the produced water of oilfield from multi-layers are different in chemical properties,as a result of the layers'different formation ages.The the produced water of oilfield from different layers are not compatible,if they were transported together,scale would be produced,which could lower the efficiency of transportation and even cause pipeline blockage.Therefore,how to reduce or lower the scale problems of pipelines in gathering and transportation systems is very important at present.This papers, through the static scaling experiments on layers of Chang2,Chang4+5,Chang6, Chang8,Chang9,Yan9 and Yan10,analyze the scaling status in gathering systems of JiYuan Oilfield,also discuss their mixture transportation.The following work is mainly completed:1. We investigated the scaling problems in gathering and transportation systems of JiYuan oilfield , collected water and scale, and researched the components of the produced water of oilfield and scale.It could find that the produced water is high in salinity and ion concentration,which is a suitable conditions for scaling.2. The experimental study on the compatibility of different layers (primarily the department of the six layers and the pairwise layers mixed transportation; the compatibility three layers mixed trasportation in Chang2, Chang4+5, Chang6 and Chang8) are taken, which obtained the compatibility and the scaling and fouling type.3. The Experimental study was taken on the influence factors'degree on scaling as the mixed transportation of each pair layers, which got the most important controlling factors in scaling, anylysing the scaling extreme conditions4. Researching the influence of controlling factors in scaling factors by experiments,we obtained the scaling extreme conditions And analysed the scaling extreme conditions5,Through the experiments, the suitable scale inhibitors were chosen for different layers and optimum dosage were obtained for mixed trasportation in the most unfavorable conditions.
