Noble metal nanoparticles (NPs) have attracted much attention recently due to their unique optical, electronic, and catalytic properties as long with the Nano-Science developing. With its unique size, morphology, structure and physical properties, the gold nanoparticles is one of the hottest topics in the scientific research. It would be promising used in dealing with light information and dynamic light scattering. In our research, the chiral molecule was used to modify the surface of gold nanoparticles with different diameter. The optical property was also studied. Through the sphere gold nanoparticles was synthesized through the chemical synthesis method, and then taking one step or two steps to exchange the ligand in order to get the modified nanoparticle s and the surface was modified by chiral molecules. Characterizations such as TEM, SEM, UV-Vis, CD (cicular dichrosiom) were done for the size, shape and optical properties of Nobel nanoparticles. All my works is base on these characterizations mentioned above: ?1. HAuCl4 was the precursor in reaction system, through one pot method; we can get the various diameters of gold nanoparticles. The nanoparticles was used to detect the Pb2+, when the Pb2+ react with modified gild nanoparticles, the color was changed and it demonstrated that the NPs have the special bio-response to Pb2+.Compared with general amino acid, the gluthione(GSH) had better reduction capability. The NPs was modified by GSH also can be used to detected the Pb2+ and the bio-capability of NPs is more excellent than other amino acids.2. through this synthesis process, various sizes of gold nanoparticles was gotten and the optical property was studied. Especially the in circular dichrosim (CD) spectra, the size dependent effect is obvious, which is also corresponding with the UV-Vis spectra. Along with the size is increasing, the peak point which is correspond with maximum absorbance is also red-shifting.
