Study On Stability Of Support And Surrounding Rocks And Its Control In Rise Mining Fully Mechanized Caving Mining Face

Support the stability of surrounding rock has been one of research core question in mechanized caving mining , Therefore, movement of in-depth understanding of rock, master control stents on the role of rock, for security high production to have the important meaning highly effective .This paper uses the similar material modelling, the computer numerical calculus and the theoretical analysis method,the mining face 4708 in coal mine No.4 of HONG HUI syntheses to put the working surface as the model object of study, in-depth research on stability of support and surrounding rocks and its control in rise mining fully mechanized caving mining face.According to mechanical analysis and numerical simulation of UDEC, analysis of rise mining basic roof caving face showing a cantilever structure and the hinge structure of two basic forms, mining face of the frame in rise mining, the immediate roof and the basic stress analysis, and thus the stability of support,general support through the evolution of the relationship between the stiffness of surrounding rock caving face frame in rise mining rock stiffness system, so as to establish a mining face frame in rise mining rock mechanical model, application of numerical simulation software FLAC3D comprehensive analysis of the 6 different slope caving mining face under the rise mining surrounding the distribution of stress, Application of UDEC simulation the rib fall in rise mining fully mechanized caving mining face , Experimental analysis of the stent with support resistance, end distance and the angle bracket supporting the stability of the coal wall,through rise mining caving rib fall mechanism analysis, combined with field test mining face, proposed methed in steep slope rise mining coal caving face control rib fall.
