Spread of liquid chlorine leak has caused huge casualties and property losses. Ofdiffusion of liquid chlorine is liquid chlorine spill prevention and control of proliferation ofthe foundation. Through this paper the basic characteristics of chlorine and the differentdiffusion models for system analysis, the spread of liquid chlorine spill and the consequencesof the way, with the leakage of way, gas properties, diffusion parameters and environmentalparameters are closely related. On a systematic analysis of the above factors, theestablishment of the diffusion geometry. On this basis, draw the line with the requirements ofthis model grid, the FLUENT model selection to determine the boundary conditions to be set,and then the leak dispersion simulation control parameters needed to calculate and set thenumerical simulation. ALOHA software applications in different wind speed, the source ofleakage intensity, aperture under the chlorine diffusion simulation. Diffusion of chlorineleakage prevention and control measures to provide guidance.The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)the instantaneous leak of liquid chlorine on the basis of theoretical analysis, theestablishment of a rapid diffusion of liquid chlorine leakage model, the actual situation on thebasic assumptions, equations, parameter setting, the establishment of a geometric model ofdiffusion of liquid chlorine. Since the model is a multi-parameter model, which has many ofthe specific parameters must be determined, but for different mining field, different types ofgas, the corresponding parameter is not the same.(2)FLUENT simulation, chlorine leakage in the same section on the axis at themaximum flow rate, the farther away from the axis of the velocity is relatively small; pressurespread very rapidly leaking hole in the X direction and Y direction over a very small withinreach equilibrium with the atmosphere, the temputer over time, by the effect of gravity, beganto form a leak parabola. Wind conditions: the proliferation of fast, wide area against the concentration of small size; wind conditions: slow diffusion, the concentration of hazardousarea.(3)ALOHA software simulation of the different wind speed, the source of leakagevolume, pore diffusion law of liquid chlorine, and the extent of the accident type of hazardanalysis, a comprehensive prevention and control measures for chlorine diffusion.
