Functional ionic liquids was a special kind of liquid moltenting salt, had possessed some special physicochemical qualities, modified, recycled and it was deemed that instead of the traditional molecular solvents as"novel green solvents"and"designer solvents",and meet the specificity by designing.In this thesis, on the basis of preliminary work, and the need of our laboratory at this stage, we had synthesized a series of Ionic liquids with different substituting groups. And the structures of them are confirmed by IR, 1H NMR. This thesis is consisted with three parts as follows:ChapterⅠIn this section, we introduce the basic structure and nature of Ionic liquids, and the application of Ionic liquids in electrochemistry,organic synthesis, material science, liquid–liquid extraction processes and biocatalysisand other fields, additionally, the synthesis of Ionic liquids is introduced by the numbers. Finally,it is introduced simply of development and application of functional ionic liquids.ChapterⅡA series of the hydrophobic ionic liquids N-butyl-N'- methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate([bmim]PF6), N-hexyl-N'-methy limidazolium, hexafluorophosp -hate([hmim]PF6), N-Octyl-N'-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([omim]PF6) were synthesized. The electrochemical behavior of Fc in the in DCE sulotion was studied using cyclic voltammetry measurement. This paper also discussed the effect of the supporting electrolyte- ionic liquid on the electrochemical behavior of Fc. The results indicate that the reduction of Fc was a reversible process and was controlled by diffusion in in DCE sulotion that ionic liquids is supporting electrolyte. The electrochemical behavior of Fc has been affected by the structures of the cation of ionic liquids.ChapterⅢA series of ionic liquids [N-butyl–N'(N-15- crown-5)-Phenyimidazolel]PF6, [N-butyl–N'( N-15- crown-5 ) -Phenyimidazolel]BF4,[N- ethyl–N'( N-15- crown-5 )-Phenyimidazolel]PF6, [N- ethyl–N'(N-15- crown-5)-Phenyimidazolel] BF4 with crown ether were synthesized and their structures have been confirmed by IR, 1H NMRChapterⅣA sulfhydryl functionalization ionic liquids [1-methyl-3-(2- Sulphur acetoxyl ethyl)- imidazolel]Cl,[1-methyl-3-(2-hydroxylethyl)- imidazolel]Cl was synthesized, and the structures is confirmed by IR, 1H NMR. In the process of synthesis, we found that the proportion of the few of intermediate product consist in final product.
