In recent years, carbon fiber, as the composites is reinforced, have been widely used in aerospace and other fields. The preparation of carbon fiber fabrics has become a key technology to restrict the development of the field. To meet China’s carbon fiber multilayer weaving equipment toward the multilayer, width of the development, the development of carbon fiber three-dimensional woven fabric weaving technology and improve is particularly important. At present, domestic and foreign scholars spare no effort to research and development in the field of carbon fiber fabric and its new composite materials, especially the preparation process of carbon fiber fabric and product development do a lot of basic work, which provides the basis for the optimization design of the warp knitting machine.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the carbon fiber, and the developed of a carbon fiber three-dimensional loom of warp tension and multilayer 3D weaving process requirements, this topic research carbon fiber delivery technology, especially the control technology of warp tension, which including about the content as follows:(1) In the analysis of the premise of carbon fiber multi-layered loom warp tension requirements, combined with the physical properties of carbon fiber, this paper researched the process and principle of the warp feeding mechanism of carbon fiber stereo loom are studied, and completed the design of warp parameters.(2) The key problems of carbon fiber three-dimensional loom is the warp constant tension, to meet the warp yarn path is longer, the influence of pan head accurate and consistent and carbon fiber properties, this paper designed a set of relatively independent warp conveying mechanism and the original warp mechanism to achieve constant tension of warp, the manufacturing and experimental effect good.(3) To study the warp tension of carbon fiber three-dimensional weaving, and put forward in the warp tension control mechanism is introduced in multi sensor information fusion technology. Combined with the fuzzy algorithm, this paper proposes a new algorithm of warp tension control, through experiments and analysis show that the algorithm can satisfy the requirements of warp tension control, the control precision is improved.(4) Using the computer aided design software to complete the design of the feeding mechanism, and using the computer aided analysis software to carry on the static analysis to the design mechanism, the verification of the main working parts in line with the actual delivery of the mechanical requirements and process requirements.Experimental results show that the carbon fiber three-dimensional loom feeding device and a tension control mechanism design satisfied the carbon fiber characteristics and carbon fiber three-dimensional loom warp tension requirements, for no twist free elastic yarn has good usability and scalability. The theoretical and practical methods of the research, which provide theoretical basis and research methods for the special fiber delivery technology of carbon fiber, promote the development and progress of carbon fiber multilayer weaving.
