Nowadays the three-dimensional carbon fiber fabric in aircraft manufacturing,military and aerospace fields have an irreplaceable position,three-dimensional carbon fiber fabric preparation technology has become the focus of attention of the era,the key technical problems on carbon fiber three-dimensional loom urgent tension and tension control etc.This paper carried out research work.First,the main factors causing the fluctuation of warp tension are analyzed.Secondly,the mathematical model of warp tension in the warp feeding device and the shedding device is established,and the tension is systematically analyzed.Finally,a warp tension control method for the carbon fiber three-dimensional loom is put forward to achieve the stable tension of warp yarn.The specific research content of this paper is summarized as follows:1)The factors causing the fluctuation of warp tension are analyzed,and the main factors causing the fluctuation of warp tension are determined.It can lay the foundation for future research.2)In order to study the influence of yarn feeding device,established the mathematical model of the warp tension in each warp walk part,then using MATLAB for data processing,get the change curve of each link tension under different parameters,independent analysis of changes in all aspects of the warp feeding mechanism of warp tension3)In order to study the influence of the shedding device on the warp tension,the dynamic characteristics of the series-arm shedding mechanism are analyzed,the warp tension mathematical model of the loom shedding device is obtained,and the warp tension curve is obtained by considering the warp feeding system and the shedding system.4)Using Adams to establish virtual prototype,the influence of dynamic characteristics of the frame,lifting arm and spring on the warp tension is analyzed.5)In order to improve the stability of warp tension,the paper studies the transmission mechanism of multi warp axis,obtains the transfer function of warp feeding system and builds the warp tension control model by using Matlab/simulink,and realizes the stability control of warp tension by means of fuzzy PID control algorithm.The test results show that the warp tension has a great fluctuation on the surface and in the weaving process.The maximum tension of the warp yarn during shedding is about twice as large as that of the flat integration.The main reason for this phenomenon is that the carbon fiber warp yarn has smaller elastic coefficient,higher rigidity and tension showing a certain mutation characteristics.The whole process of carbon fiber warp although there is a certain degree of tension fluctuations,but the tension fluctuations in the allowable range.
