For the security and stability of ABS wastewater treatment, biological multiplication technique is adopted for improving the industrial experiment, the operation data was obtained from experiment and engineering design parameters for providing the feasible design parameters of ABS wastewater treatment in future in this paper.In order to speed up the test schedule and make the experiment really reflect the actual wastewater treatment, existing sewage treatment biochemical pool B pool and original equipment in acrylonitrile plant of Jilin petrochemical company was used and the introduction of ABS wastewater industrial scale experiment was carried out for investigating treatment effect of biological multiplication process of ABS wastewater.BDP multiplication process was applied for treatment of ABS wastewater processing in condition of existing water quality of ABS wastewater and the operation parameters is feasible and it can fully guarantee the stability of the effluent water according with national standards. the clear of water and the main pollutants such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, SS emissions were better than design requirements.According to the result of the test validation, the biochemical treatment effect is feasible, the test of the process parameters can be used as the basis for engineering design.Because of the existing pressure dissolved air flotation unit volatile treatment effect, the results is not ideal for eliminate the SS in ABS water. The SS value are excessive in the most of time. It is recommended in practical engineering that two stage gas floating control into the biochemical pool of SS it is used for ensuring the stable operation of the biochemical system. At the same time considering the limit of water testing, production equipment drainage water quality fluctuation bigger, more abnormal discharge, The residence time were 8 to 12 hours of an accident pool for better.pH range of biochemical treatment system is particularly important, adopting a different approach in different pH.So for the old device and new device pH adjustment unit, the managements is important for guaranteeing the stability of raw water pH in the control range.From results, the ABS wastewater cyanide concentration is very low, cyanide won’t influence ABS wastewater treatment.Different retention time had no effect on the removal of ammonia nitrogen in waste water of ABS, but still significant influence the COD removal. The residence time of biochemical pool was advisable for up to 60 hours.
