Intelligent Production Line Of Steam Film Based On PLC And CANopen Bus Intelligent Servo System

The baked buns is a kind of traditional folk pastry which was developed in northwest regions such as Hebei,Shanxi and Inner Mongolia in 90’s in last century.It is made by fermenting,steaming and baking.In addition,it uses flour,water as the main raw material and uses palm oil,salt and seasoning as materials..It is highly favored by consumers owingto the crisp taste and abundant nutrition.The production process of baked buns is a combination of the steamed bread production process and biscuit production process.And the baked buns industry as an emerging food industry has begun to take shape and formed strong industrial atmosphere through constant development.But most of the enterprises make all kinds of equipments according to their actual situation to knead dough,press dough,round dough,steam dough and bake because the production rooted in the folk,the time of development is short, the production depended on workers during the early stage and it was lack of research institutions and the institutions’ study especially the equipments are lack of systematic theoretical guidance and the support of echnology.However,manual operation occupys a large proportion.Meanwhile,the efficiency is low and the work is heavy.In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standard and the vast demand of baked buns,lots of scientific research institutions and equipment factory pay close attention to some industrial sectors such as section,baking and scattering burdening.And they proceed research in term of automation equipment and development of the sectors and achieve good results.But for the whole process,especially some previous sectors as kneading dough,pressing dough,rounding,steaming and striping,the automation level is still low.So the process needs still to consume abundant manpower.According to the above problems,we cooperate with Ju Feng Machinery Co. Ltd which is located in Jining city Surabaya county.The thesis includes these specific contents.We research automatic production line of buns based on PLC and servo system.This is aimed to research and develop the automation of production and some sectors as kneading dough,pressing dough,rounding,steaming and striping.Then the main cotents include:1.Control system of kneading and pressing dough.The system uses Siemens S7-200 PLC controller as the core.It combines with the weighing indication controller to realize automatic control of adding flour.It combines with flowmeter and electromagnetic valve to realize automatic control of adding oil and water.And it combines with a touch screen and a frequency converter to realize automatic control of pressing dough.Each link uses conveyor to transmit in order to reduce manual participation to the utmost.2.The design of kneading and steaming based on digital PID.We will divide the dough which was pressed into strip,then add them into the box of baked buns to round,leaven and steam.According to the manufacturing technique of buns,the temperature of rounding and leavening is 40oC and the time is 45 minutes.Meanwhile the temperature of steaming is 110oC and the time is 60 minutes.The key of rounding and steaming is temperature.So we have to place equably PT-100 temperature sensor in the line of rounding and steaming.And each temperature sensor controls a steam electric valve.We can adjust the electric valve’s opening through the PLC’s digital PID operation to temperature.Thus we can achieve temperature’s automatic adjustment to the whole line of rounding and steaming and achieve the best effect.3.The design of striping based on servo motor.After the dough is steamed,it is necessary to remove it from the box of baked buns.In the past,this part of the work is the most time-consuming and labor-intensive and it is easy to scald workers because the box of baked buns which is steamed is hyperthermal.Therefore it will realize three functions:chopping,removing cover and absorbing film automatically and achieve the automatic separation of the dough and box based the Motion Controller control servo motor and the cylinder of the mechanical arm through CANopen bus.
