China’s coal market supply tension, in order to reduce the fuel cost of the products, better utilization of lignite resources in Yunnan Province, we adopt oxygen coal blending technology to achieve. Power coal blending coal based on differences, discard the dross and select the essence, to play excellent characteristics of blended coal types, so that the distribution of blended coal in the comprehensive performance show the best state. This paper mainly research Xiaolongtan lignite, Fuyuan bituminous coal and Zhaotong lignite of single coal and blended coal combustion, comparison of different oxygen concentrations (21%,30% and 50%), rate of different heating (5k/min, 10k/min,20k/min) of coal samples under thermogravimetric test results, comparative analysis their combustion characteristics.The experimental results show that the oxygen enriched combustion, coal ignition temperature and burnout temperature decrease, the combustion time reduced. When the oxygen concentration is higher than 30%, the pulverized coal combustion characteristic parameter changes slowly, so the actual application of the oxygen concentration in the general control in about 30%. The combustion period of coal samples with high activation energy, activation energy and pre exponential factor increases with the increase of oxygen concentration. Increase with the increase of the heating rate, the coal ignition temperature and burnout temperature, pulverized coal combustion duration was prolonged, stability, combustion variation.Xiaolongtan lignite and Fuyuan bituminous coal mixed and blended coal ignition characteristics between two kinds of single coal and bias characteristics of coal fire. Mixed coal activation energy and ignition temperature changes are basically the same. For three kinds of coal, the activation energy of the combustion is high. Analysis of bituminous coal to add lignite on pulverized coal ignition characteristics improved, and the proportion of lignite more the effect better.The advantages and disadvantages of using TOPSIS method to evaluate coal blending different proportional reference assignment scheme, analysis shows that:when the Xiaolongtan lignite:Zhaotong lignite, bituminous coal of Fuyuan=2:1:2 mixed coal for the best ratio. Using response surface optimization design expert software 8.0.6 on oxygen concentration, heating rate and pulverized coal ratio is optimized, the higher the concentration of oxygen, the coal combustion performance is better when Xiaolongtan lignite:Zhaotong lignite:Fuyuan bituminous coal=100:55.07:1, four evaluation indexes can obtain relative to the best effect.
