With the intensification of global energy crisis, rising fuel prices and environmental protection requirement unceasing enhancement, causes the production cost of enterprise is more and more high, resources, energy and environment problem has become a bottleneck restricting the development of many enterprises rapidly, saving energy and reducing consumption, reducing emissions is the progress of science and technology and the inevitable choice of sustainable development. Cement manufacturing industry as the energy consumption and pollution emissions, should save resources, to deal with the energy crisis and environmental pressure, has become a pressing work.Oxygen-enriched combustion as a new combustion technology in the aspect of energy conservation and emission reduction of excellent properties, applications in industrial furnaces has been vigorously promoted. Literature reports of oxygen-enriched combustion for cement rotary kiln, and largely based on the theoretical analysis, combined with the yunnan is located in the plateau area, atmospheric oxygen content is low, the cement rotary kiln clinker production capacity play a greater restrictions, so the oxygen-enriched combustion in industrial trial is very necessary.This test in a domestic4000t/d cement rotary kiln production line, according to the determination of oxygen-enriched combustion experiment data, the cement rotary kiln in operation of the main parameters under the condition of rich oxygen production change rule and influence on the rotary kiln firing, the rotary kiln a wind oxygen enrichment rate, yield and quality of clinker burning clinker sintering energy consumption and reduce the influence of cement clinker sintering energy consumption optimization rule. Research results show that with oxygen concentration gradually increased from21%~30%and energy saving effect in oxygen-enriched concentration is24%~27%under the condition of the most obvious.To study the production of rotary kiln and gas, and the changes of air flow on the basis of test data of rotary kiln on the heat balance calculation, analyzes the rich oxygen concentration, sintering temperature, supply air volume, etc. The influence of parameters on the thermal efficiency. Identify the best thermal kiln system, and the best heat utilization efficiency, etc. Results show that the rotary kiln has the highest thermal efficiency can reach61.21%, so the cement rotary kiln using oxygen-enriched combustion has great energy-saving potential, through heat balance calculation of the proceeds of the relevant operation parameters of rotary kiln has a certain guiding role, and further improve the quality of cement clinker production and provide more intuitive data, in order to achieve the purpose of high quality, high yield, low consumption.Using response surface optimization software to analyze influential factors of the working condition of rotary kiln production, get the optimal rotary kiln production of rich oxygen concentration:rich oxygen concentration was29.6%of the rotary kiln system in the best and produce best quality clinker calcined, the highest yield, minimum coal consumption and the heat consumption, energy saving effect is best.Oxygen-enriched combustion technology in the application of cement rotary kiln research for its industrial application has created good conditions, to achieve better energy saving effect with feasibility basis for promoting China’s cement industry has a realistic significance for energy conservation and emissions reduction.
