Research On Improvement Of Production Process Of Carbide Saw Blade Based On Industrial Engineering

In the process of improvement, to improve the production efficiency, the author adopts several means to simplify the production process, including modifiying the productive technology, merging the working process, resetting the field equipment, eliminating the non-value added activities. In addition, the author uses work-site management 5S to improve the production operation environment and improve the quality of workers. The results show that the production site is improved and optimized. For example, by using the work-site management 5S, we can keep the environment of the production site clean, keep the passage smooth and ensure the goods Fixation.
