To gain profits and survive in the fierce competition, modern enterprises must constantly conduct technical renovation and improve the management level of enterprise, lower the production cost and promote the product quality. Only in this way can the enterprises promote their competitive capacity and get more market share.The improvement of the production site by applying the method and technology of indutrial engineering is the most basic and traditional application area. The techniques and improving means of industrial engineering have been widely applied in manufacture service industry. In recent years, the market competition of manufacturing enterprises is not only the competition of technology, but the competition of management ability. With the competition among enterprises becoming more and more fierce, it is more difficult for them to gain profits.Therefore, how to lower the production cost, reduce consumption, and stabilize the quality of products are of great significance. Modern production and manufacturing enterprises should have the operation capacity with high flexibility and efficiency, as well as intensive production mode. Only in this way can the enterprises meet the customers’ increasingly stringent requirements put forward for products, satisfy the customers demand and make the enterprises gain greater benefits.In this paper, the author makes a thorough analysis of the TCT Circular Saw Blade production process and apply the research technique to analyze, improve and optimize the production process. In the process of improvement, to improve the production efficiency, the author adopts several means to simplify the production process, including modifiying the productive technology, merging the working process, resetting the field equipment, eliminating the non-value added activities. In addition, the author uses work-site management 5S to improve the production operation environment and improve the quality of workers. The results show that the production site is improved and optimized. For example, by using the work-site management 5S, we can keep the environment of the production site clean, keep the passage smooth and ensure the goods Fixation.
