With the vigorous development of various industries in China,the manufacturing industry has begun to transform from extensive mode of production to Lean Production.It has also been accelerated by the influence of China's economic transformation,and the competition of manufacturing enterprises is cruel.Compared with the traditional large mass production model,Lean Production model is more in line with the manufacturing mode of the new era.It is sought after by the manufacturing industry.As a production way that can reduce the cost of production and improve the efficiency of management,it is the inevitable choice for the future development of China's manufacturing industry.Field Improvement is a common management method in the production management process of manufacturing enterprises.The effect of field management directly affects the production efficiency,production quality and production cost of the enterprise.Lean Production management technology combined with on-site improvement is the core of this article.This paper collects and arranges the research achievements of the predecessors,combs the theory of Lean Production and Field Improvement,summarizes the theoretical system and management tools of Lean Production,and expounds the related theories and methods of the Field Improvement.A brief summary of KDB company's business process,organizational structure,the production process of typical products and the layout of the production workshop is made,and the optimization potential of production technology,operation method,man-machine combine,quality and production mode is deeply excavated.Through the analysis of the product process of the TEB production line and the technology integration technology,a new production line layout is designed.The production time of the net production line is increased by 4.48%,and the net output is increased by 4.3%.Through the observation and recording of the operation method of the X process,a new operation method is designed by using the two hand operation analysis method.The operation efficiency is reduced by 44%and the operation efficiency is increased by 41%.Through the data collection of line 1 of EIF assembly,through comparison and analysis of production capacity and demand,a single person production model is designed to reduce human cost,improve operation efficiency,meet market demand and reduce waste.Through the analysis of the production process of EIE No.7 and No.8 operator,the new equipment layout and operation method are designed by the man-machine joint operation method,which can reduce the workers and improve the working efficiency of the workers up to 46%.Through analyzing the current situation of product quality,4 shortcomings of quality system are found out,and 8 improvement plans are put forward.In this paper,Lean Production ideas and tools are integrated into the production Field Improvement,and the theory is put into practice.Through the application of five different improvement tools and techniques to the five major improvement points of the enterprise,the practical ability of the Lean Production tool in the production level of the enterprise is tested and the enterprise is applied to the enterprise.It provides a good case for improving production and management,and has important practical guiding significance for Lean Development of enterprises.
