The overuse of fossil energy, reserves dwindling, shortage and environmental pollution threat to the development and progress. Biological renewable and clean energy is more and more attention. Oil is a kind of important renewable resources. Gasoline and diesel production and low carbon hydrocarbon by fluid catalytic cracking in high temperature alleviate the increasingly serious looking for fossil energy crisis provides a new way to replace the fuel. In recent years, lots of research generated hydrocarbons are carried out. Because of raw material sources, lower cost, generation process is relatively simple that is generated hydrocarbons.Therefore, the research is of great significance.The study is preparation of hydrocarbon from Jatropha Curcasl oil by fluid catalytic cracking in high temperatur without hydrogen. Concrete research content is as follows:(1) Jatropha Curcasl preparation of fluid catalytic cracking reaction that investigates temperature, catalyst and reaction time influence on yield and composition and reaction dynamics equation is established. The results showed that the best conditions is 440℃,5% of catalyst and 40 min, the gaseous yield of 8.88% and liquid yield of 74.87%. Liquid hydrocarbons of FT-IR analysis the liquid contain methyl, methylene, C=C, other molecules alkane and olefin hydrocarbons. Liquid hydrocarbons of GC-MS analysis, ion flow diagram of cracking product on the number of carbon atoms in C3-C6 and products are more components and complicated composition of hydrocarbons. Gas of GC-MS analysis the number of carbon atoms in the C2-C3 alkanes and olefins compounds. Gas of GC analysis shows H2 and CH4 content is less, and CO2 is more. But acid value is bigger, Jatropha Curcasl oil is not completely cracked and less content of molecules generated hydrocarbons. Dynamics research of catalytic cracking reaction, when n=2 has a good linear relationship, its reaction kinetics equation is -1/x=12.3873kt-3.3538, kinetic parameters equation is k=0.0012-exp(8.583/T) and get the activation energy is 0.9145kJ·mol-1, frequency factor is 0.0388.Through the analysis of all the test data, Jatropha Curcasl is catalytic cracking for small molecules, but small molecular hydrocarbons content is less, liquid hydrocarbon acid value is bigger, show that Jatropha Curcasl has not been completely cracking and products are mainly composed of fatty acids.(2) Jatropha Curcasl oil preparation of hydrocarbon oil and gas phase catalytic cracking is studied, the reaction inspects temperature and WHSV on the yield and composition and reaction dynamics equation is established. The results showed that the best conditions is 460℃, and 0.65h-1, the acid value of 5.2mgKOH·g-1, viscosity of 0.81mm2·s-1, the density of 0.87mm2·s-1, calorific value 43.1KJ·g-1, copper corrosion for la, the gaseous yield of 31.67% and liquid yield of 55.50%. Produced by liquid FT-IR analysis, the cracking product contains -OH, CH3-,-CH2- and -C=C-functional group structure. Liquid GC-MS analysis, ion flow diagram of the liquid product composition, composition more complex, cracking product on the number of carbon atoms in C10~C16. Gas of GC analysis, mainly the C2 above alkane and olefin hydrocarbon gas material. Gas of GC-MS analysis, the composition is relatively simple, the product of the number of carbon atoms in the C3-C5 alkanes and olefins compounds. Jatropha Curcasl oil has more molecules of hydrocarbons.Dynamics research of Catalytic cracking in gas shows a good linear relationship when n=1,its reaction kinetics equation is Inx=0.4836kt-2.0932, kinetic parameters equation is k=0.0388-exp(0.11/T) and the activation energy is 0.9145kJ mol-1l, frequency factor is.0388. Through the analysis of all the test data, Jatropha Curcasl oil is catalytic cracking for small molecules, the liquid product is straight chain structure more and less branched chain, the product is given priority to with small molecule hydrocarbon, reaction is complete.(3) With different conditions of gas phase cracking products and the best catalytic cracking process under the condition of liquid product to carry on the fractionation, the experment inspects cracking conditions on product yield and composition, and products indicators of the optimum process condition is analysised. Experimental results show that:a scale of 0~200℃ has more quality than about 70%. Acid value, density and viscosity increase with the rising of temperature. The higher the boiling point, macromolecular material is more and more. The calorific value of the different fractions is almost and copper corrosion is la, lb and lb. Under the best conditions of different boiling point fractions of FT-IR spectra analysis, the cracking product contains -OH, CH3-,-CH2- and -C=C- functional group structure, product that contains material is mainly small molecules alkane and olefin hydrocarbons. GC-MS analysis show that fraction below 100℃ on the number of carbon atoms in C5~C9, fraction 100℃ to 200℃ on the number of carbon atoms in C5~C10,200℃ to 300℃ fraction on the number of carbon atoms in C6~C13..Through the analysis of all the test data, In different temperature fractions of components are complex, the composition is more. With the higher boiling point, the greater the number of carbon atoms, the concentration of hydrocarbons on the number of carbon atoms, showed Jatropha Curcasl oil contain more hydrocarbons, and the boiling point is found in the 0~200℃.This study provide Jatropha Curcasl oil and greasel into diesel and gasoline substitute for hydrocarbons to lay the foundation.
