In this paper, e-liquid and smoke of disposable electronic cigarette are the objects of the study, mainly explored the stability of e-liquid and release basic law of nicotine, glycerol and propylene glycol in the aerosol of electronic cigarette. The study of e-liquid using nicotine the target substance to evaluate the stability of e-liquid, and also pH changes within 30 days of the completion of the content after manufacture. Meanwhile, the combined evaluation study solution stability relative density, refractive coefficient of different nicotine content of electronic tobacco liquid stability under different preservation methods were evaluated. Each liquid smoke detection results under argon atmosphere storage conditions, the liquid smoke nicotine content among the relative standard deviation of not more than 0.2%; in the first detection data as a reference, the average refraction coefficient of each liquid smoke in the study time tolerance were 0.0009 and 0.0008, the relative density of average tolerance were 0.0002.In research of basic law, we use two different suction mode for electronic cigarette smoke suction and trap analysis, analysis by tobacco smoke the release of nicotine, propylene glycol and glycerol, and to explore the basic law of electronic tobacco gas release. Working process disposable electronic cigarette, the nicotine, propylene glycol and glycerol release rate is mainly controlled by two factors:(a) electronic cigarette itself atomization and (b) release of substances effectiveness. Suction mode under ISO smoke nicotine, propylene glycol and glycerol release rate was respectively 32.35%,30.15%and 36.65%, respectively; Under CAN mode, release rates of nicotine, propylene glycol and glycerol were 36.11%,37.62%and 40.88%.
