Slim cigarettes are the development goal of Chinese cigarette product innovation.It has significant advantages in reducing harm,coke and cost.In the research,31 kinds of thin cigarettes were selected to determine the physical indicators of slim cigarettes and the conventional components of smoke.The results showed that the average length of cigarettes was 94.34 mm,the average circumference of cigarettes was 17.05 mm,the average smoking resistance of cigarettes was 1437.42Pa,the average total ventilation rate of cigarettes was 42.18%,and the average quality of cigarettes was 0.53 g.Frequency statistics showed that different types of thin cigarettes had large differences in resistance,total ventilation rate and weight.The test results of conventional flue gas indicators showed that the average total particulate matter was 8.91 mg/cig,the average smoke nicotine was 0.69 mg/cig,the average moisture content was 1.34 mg/cig,the average tar content was 6.88 mg/cig,and the average CO content was 5.16mg/cig.The frequency statistics chart showed large differences in total particulate matter,flue gas nicotine,tar,and CO content.The frequency statistics chart showed that there were big differences in the conventional smoke composition of various slim cigarettes.The number of smoke aerosol particles was approximately log-normally distributed with increasing particle size,and the distribution range was mainly 40?400 nm.With the increase in the number of suction ports,the particle number concentration basically showed an increasing trend.The median diameter of 31 kinds of thin cigarettes aerosol particles was 152.19 nm,and The average particle number concentration per mouth was 1.02×1010 pieces(cm3/puff).The aerosol components of conventional cigarettes and slim cigarettes are mainly acids,ketones,alcohols,phenols and esters.These substances were mainly distributed in aerosol particles with a particle size of 0.216?0.722?m.On the basis of the above data,a correlation analysis was carried out.The correlation between the physical parameters of slim cigarettes and the conventional smoke components in many indicators.Cigarette smoking resistance and filter ventilation rate are significantly correlated with the average particle number concentration per puff.The average particle number concentration per puff has a certain correlation with sensory comfort(oral aftertaste),and at the same time has a higher degree of fitting with smoke perception(fluffy)and smoke perception(bitter).There is a certain correlation between the conventional smoke index and sensory comfort parameters in a number of data analysis.In order to reduce the content of tar and other substances in the smoke,the physical parameters of slim cigarettes need to be adjusted.At the same time,slim cigarettes would face changes in sensory comfort,which was not conducive to the development of slim cigarettesUsing Box-Behnken experimental design principle to optimize SFME process conditions.The best test conditions were set as moisture content 78%,extraction time32 min,microwave power 300 W.Under these conditions,the yield of acerola essential oil was(1.46±0.014)%.43 volatile components were mainly identified in SFME needle essential oil.Limonene is an important free radical scavenger,its content reaches23.84%.The flavored slim cigarettes have good sensory evaluation.Orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the experimental conditions of SFME extraction of cinnamon oil.The best experimental conditions were 60 min extraction time,450 W microwave power,60%moisture content,and 2.5 h infiltration time.The yield of cinnamon oil under this condition was(3.15±0.13)%.24 substances have been identified in SFME cinnamon oil.The content of cinnamaldehyde in acerola essential oil reaches 67.69%.Flavored slim cigarettes enhance smoke perception and taste perception.The content of conventional smoke components of flavored slim cigarettes is much lower than that of conventional cigarettes.Therefore,the flavoured slim cigarettes not only reflect the low char and low harm characteristics of slim cigarettes,but also optimize part of the smoke aroma.
