In recent years, as the depth of the domestic mining underground mining is increasing, while falling ore prices, the economic benefits of declining mine production. For long-term sustainable development of mining, blasting parameters required for the production of deep study to determine the optimum parameters and in production applications, making the technical and economic indicators improved, to achieve security, economic production; at the same time monitoring the resultant the spectral characteristics of blasting vibration signal analysis and research, summed up the law.Thesis "Study and Application of Lion Ore Deep Mining Technology" project as the background, the status quo by blasting Lion in deep stope investigation, combined with the mechanical properties of the deep rock blasting crater test proposed scheme based blasting crater theory and Livingston expand the field test, the test results on the basis of statistics, analysis, and engineering experience combined with relevant literature and the preliminary design of blasting parameters Lion ore production in deep stope blasting program;then using ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software to establish variable pitch with blasting blasting crater test model, the numerical simulation of the selected rock parameters and debugging parameters of explosives, and ultimately get the final simulation model results with field of blasting crater test is close to or similar to, determining a reasonable parameters for numerical simulation. Using this parameter for different blasting parameters design simulation model to explore for deep mine Lion stope blasting hole net parameter optimum solution to lay the foundation for the industrialization of the test next blasting parameters.Security Control Technology, the main blasting vibration Lion in deep stope is monitored on blasting vibration signal propagation for different maximum explosive charge blasting vibration signals and different underground system designed two blasting monitoring programs. Then the measured vibration data for statistical analysis, based on the summary of the propagation of blasting seismic waves in Mine attenuation law, and the use of SA Road Minkowski formula regression mine topographic and geological conditions related coefficient and attenuation index K with value and corresponding regression formula to calculate the main cavern underground mine can get the maximum explosive charge under the premise of ensuring safety, provide a reliable basis for future mine safety and efficient production.
