Mining cutting courtyard is a very important project of efficient mining.It provides the initial free surface and compensation space for the smooth recovery of ore.The quality of its engineering will directly relate to the normal production of ore.This paper uses a well theory,combined with the blasting funnel experiment,determine the optimal depth of blasting funnel,application of a drilling blasting parameter calculation theory,determine the main parameters of a well drilling technology and its calculation method,LS-DYNA numerical simulation was carried out for cutting a well drilling technology based on the mining field is a field experimental study.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)According to the mine site,on-site implementation of the design of single hole blasting funnel test and collect experimental data,based on the analysis of the data,to determine the optimum funnel blasting depth is 2.8m,the optimum depth ratio of 0.809,to provide the reference for the other parameters of well test for the determination of blasting.(2)The main parameters affecting the first well formation of blasting are analyzed.It mainly includes the calculation of the parameters of the holes,the parameters of the charge and the time of the micro difference.Based on the related theories,a theoretical or empirical formula is given for the hole layout parameters,charge structure and millisecond millisecond difference of well completion blasting,which provides a scientific basis for each parameter determination.(3)Numerical simulation for different ways of well completion is done.By analyzing the stress distribution and node vibration velocity,we can compare the effect of two kinds of cutting ways.The dynamic process of two kinds of cutting methods is obtained.After comparison,the effect of spiral cutting is better.(4)In Huibaoling iron limited liability company of underground stope in stages of several field drilling test,cutting blasting in courtyard by Blastmate,III seismometer measurement of blasting vibration in underground and surface,the measurement showed that the vibration velocity and frequency of X,Y,Z three direction in the safety regulation limits,will not pose a threat and damage to surface buildings and underground engineering,and constantly optimize the blasting scheme in practice,formed a set of unique technology,provides a reliable experience for a well drilling technology.
