In this paper, we had done the indoor physical simulation experiments about EOR of ploymer surfactants on artificial homogeneous long-core. The project took into account many factors to the effect of ploymer surfactants flooding, the factors contains: ploymer surfactants concentration, ploymer surfactants dosage, slug size, and the mixed of two types ploymer surfactants. We did experiments about the expand of swept volume of ploymer surfactants and the optimization of injection method on there parallel cores. And we did flooding effects authentication to the injection method of optimized ploymer surfactants on there parallel natural cores . In addition, we studied the EOR Mechanism of ploymer surfactants on the micro-flooding agent. In the papper, the results show that:with the poly-dosage increaseing, the recovery increased, in the same dosage of poly, I-shaped table agent flooding effect is better than III-shaped table agent; with the increasing of the concentration of ploymer surfactants, the viscosity and elasticity of the ploymer surfactants increasing. In the same concentration circumstances, Viscosity and elasticity of the I-shaped table were higher than in Table III-trap agent。poly table agent enhanced oil recovery is mainly to increase swept volume and efficiency of wash oil, can not effectively drive the interfacial tension lower between crude oil and the flooding. Through the project's research and the knowledge projects obtained,we provides a theoretical basis for the practical application and it is also instructive for practical application. The results above the conduct of poly EOR agent provides an effective experimental basis for the conduct of EOR of ploymer surfactants...
