With the extensive exploitation of oil fields for EOR,almost all of the oil wells develop different fracturing techniques for EOR;however,so many attendant environmental problems come about as a consequence which is paid much more attention by people,Currently a lot of discharged Fracturing Fluid in oilfield is directly discharged into the environment without being treated, which not only pollutes the environment but also is a waste of resources, so it's particularly important to carry out oilfield fracturing fluid in-depth research. In this paper, oilfield fracturing and its mixed waste fluid (mainly including the fracturing waste fluid and waste water generated ) as the research object, through the use of multi-level physical and chemical mixing process and design-related process flow to reduce contaminants'content in the fracturing fluid. The main line of this paper is to reduce the content of CODcr in the wastewater to meet the standards of the Daqing oilfield water re-injection.This study also does some researches on the use of flocculants, oxidants and adsorbent and their environment for use,as well as various process designed for the application of removing CODcr,the goal of the process is to reduce production cost.On this basis, process flow that goes with the Daqing oilfield fracturing fluid is done. The process is composed of pre-treatment,an oxidation, the second oxidation, flocculation and filtration. And the final field test has been completed in Daqing subordinate barite mill. This paper brings forward the continuity between different operating processes,as well as repeated cycles of water treatment process. On the basis of the present process flow, through continuous exploration and practice,so that the efficiency on treatment of fracturing waste fluid can be improved meanwhile the production cost will be reduced.By finding a relatively common treatment process according to the different nature of fracturing waste fluid,it can extend its maximum scope of application.
