It has already been public concerned widely that pesticide affects undrone biology and pesticide remains pollutes environment, which break biological systematical structure and function. In this paper, C.pyrenoidosa is made as experimental algae. It is studied that single toxicity and joint toxicity of two kinds of pesticide, parathion and Delmethrin, toward C.pyrenoidosa.This experiment confirmed that the best growth situation for C.pyrenoidosa is under the way of four-lamp-continual lighting and three-pump-continual aeration, and the best growth duration is 96h.The result indicated that in the set concentration range, when the Delmethrin concentration was not more than 0.4mg/L in low-dosage batch, C.pyrenoidosa was stimulated to grow, of which the growth rate was obviously higher than the comparison batch, and hydronuim content in cultivation decreased, and changing trend of MDA content was not distinctive. The pictures of cell growth were better than the comparison's. When the Delmethrin concentration was not less than 0.8 mg/L in high-dosage batch, C.pyrenoidosa was restrained to grow; hydronuim content in cultivation decreased slowly; MDA content increased to some extent; cytoplasm separated from cytoderm, and crimple occurred. The semi-restrain effective concentration that Delmethrin toward C.pyrenoidosa (96) was 0.805mg/L.Parathion restrained the growth of C.pyrenoidosa for some different degrees. The density of C.pyrenoidosa reduced.. Hydronuim content in cultivation decreased slowly. MDA content increased to some extent, which indicated oxygen freeradical in cells accumulated a lot. Epicyte tallow was led to overoxidation, which had a result that epicyte broke as a whole. When pesticide concentration increased, cytoplasm separated from cytoderm, and crimple occurred. Restrain level had a positive correlation with pesticide concentration. The semi-restrain effective concentration that Parathion toward C.pyrenoidosa (96) was 48.64mg/L.Mix pesticide's toxicity towards C.pyrenoidosa for 96h was antagonism, and semi-restrain effective concentration for 96h was 2.346mg/L. Toxicity is graduated to different levels according to algae acted to pesticide:C.pyrenoidosa as experimental biology, parathion was low-toxic pesticide, and Delmethrin was medium-toxic pesticide. The two kinds of pesticides'toxicity lowed along with time.This study not only offers basic data for toxicity assessment,risk appraisement of pesticide and the further study of toxicity mechanisms of pesticide,but also it was important in biotest on the water environment pesticide pollutant, offer basic data for protection of hydrobiology resource,water environment and stabilization assessment of ecosystem.
