Urban areas of central Liaoning province (the Shenyang economic zone) including Shenyang, Anshan, Fushun, Benxi, Liaoyang and so on 5 cities, is our province densification industry gathers the area highly, the air pollution phase interaction which, the mutual influence between the city discharges, has formed unique "the urban cluster" the pollution, entire economic zone faced with heavy environment pressure.As a result of the atmospheric environment pollution effect meteorological element, the meteorological element has similarly also been affecting the atmospheric environment pollution. The urban pollutant's in atmosphere proliferation is the local meteorological condition control, the meteorological condition has decided the atmosphere to the pollutant transportation and diffusivity. Obviously between the air pollution condition and the meteorological condition relates closely, the interaction.This article based on Liaoning middle the urban cluster 5 cities (Shenyang, Anshan, Fushun, Benxi, Liaoyang) altogether 25 atmospheric environment present situation inspection station 1987-2002 year 16 year more complete monitoring data and the related rich meteorological data, analyzes in this urban cluster region the air pollution present situation and the trend of development,The findings indicated that the regression equation the establishment will cause the city air quality forecast the rate of accuracy distinct enhancement, in present's service predict that this equation will revise the forecast result well, will display the CAPPS pattern system to Liaoning Province air quality forecast instruction function.
