For the last years, the normal life has been threatened by critical industrial pollution. It is really very urgent to find a proper method to resolve this problem eventually. Cleaner production is an international popular approach for industrial pollution recently. It avoids the shortcomings of nd-Pipe Control? It is the continuous application of an integrated preventive environmental strategy applied to processes, products, and services to increase eco-efficiency and reduce risks to human and the environment. This thesis analysis the pollution conditions in Liaoning province. At the same time Cleaner Production theory is introduced. Finally, the method and measurement for industrial pollution in Liaoning province are shown. Base on the explanation of various measurements, the operating mechanism is formed for Liaoning Cleaner production.
