The sintering mine is one of the main materials of the blast furnace. The chemical composition's stability of it influences the smoothworking of blast furnace ironmaking. The main raw materials of sintering production are as follows:iron-bearing materials, solvents and fuels. The raw materials of sintering production have several characteristics, such as large quantity, many kinds, and uncertain quality. The key point for obtain high-yield and high-quality sintering mine is to guarantee proportion input, proportion admission and ensuring the quality of raw materials. So the aborative management for sintering stuff is a very important link of sintering production. The material management system for sintering production is responsible for supplying the stable ingredient raw material for sintering production, in order to guarantee the stability grade and alky of sinter mine.In this thesis, a though study of material management was made under the background in No.2 sintering plant of Tiansteel and a material management system for sintering production was designed and developed. The main contents of this paper are as follows:This thesis designed the framework of material management system for sintering production by analyzing the production process flow and material flow of sintering production in No.2 sintering factory and researching the material management process of sintering production. In order to solve the question that how to ascertain the sintering mixing proportion, this paper proposed an optimistic method base on bounded variable improved dual simplex algorithm. Meanwhile a model for sintering production materials scheduling was established.The systematic entirety structure, database and interface have been designed for the system software of material management for sintering production. Moreover the function of system has been designed in detail.After studying many lectures and combining the specialty of material management for sintering production, the material management system was designed by using DOT NET Framework WinForm(C#) technology and Oracle 10g Enterprise Edition Database based on C/S framework. The system software has been applied in laboratory research and study, and the results show that the material management system run stabilized. The result of system is not only meeting the production requirement but also better than the field's result. The algorithm's parameters could be adjusted in the field. Efficient system software is supplied for sintering production mixing optimization and material transportation scheduling research.
