Compared to the separated transportation, the long distance oil gas mixing transportation had obvious advantages on the technology simplification and investment decreasing, and had huge attraction on effective development in the marine oilfields, remote oilfields and other harsh condition's oilfields. In the design, management and optimization work of multiphase flow pipeline, the process calculation was necessary to solve first. The flow rule of multiphase flow was obvious different from the flow rule of single-phase liquid or gas, however there was no quite unified computational method. In this paper, based on the massive material consulting, on-site investigation and data collection, the data model used for mixing transportation process research was established. This data model consisted of user information, pipeline information, oil and gas information, environmental information and material information and so on 6 kinds of altogether 17 data tables, included all data items which process design needed, simultaneously had good extension, can adapt to the craft theory renewal and development. At the same time, the domestic and foreign common analysis method was summed up, and the calculation methods for the pressure drop, temperature drop, liquid holdup as well as physical parameters of polyphase horizontal pipes, inclined pipes and vertical pipes were given. The theoretical method of similar controlled query was established, and each major effect factor sensitivity of the pressure drop was determined, thus the pipeline data searching was carrying on according to the different influencing factor and the combination. Using inverse distance weighted interpolation theory, and taking the approximate inquiry results as the foundation, the interpolation calculation methods of determining the temperature and pressure at beginning or end point, diameter of pipeline were given. And the B/S mode oil gas mixing transportation pipelines data management platform was completed, this platform included many functional modules such as data entry, data modification, data query, coding maintenance, system maintenance, interpolation, thermal hydraulic calculation and so on. According to the calculation and analysis by the software, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) Mandhane method was quite accurate at high gas-oil ratio; Beggs-Brill method was quite accurate at middle gas-oil ratio and low water content; Dukler I method got smaller pressure drop; Lockhart-Martinelli method and Dukler II method got higher pressure drop; Baker method got higher result at high gas-oil ratio, and smaller result at middle ratio. (2)According to the accuracy the 7 models were sorted as follow: Beggs-Brill, Mandhane, resistance coefficient method, Dukler I, Baker, Dukler II, Lockhart-Martinelli. This thesis's research work had certain theoretical and practical guiding sense on the technology research, calculation and software development of multiphase transportation.
