The Oriented Silicon steel is extensive used in electic force, astronavigation and milinary fields as one of the important functional material to make potential transformer, electric reactor and ballast. In 21 century, energy conservation and environmental protection is important thesis to all the world. So improving the magnetic induction intensity and cutting down the core loss is actual value for energy conservation. At the present time, the way of using the cross shear rolling (CSR) instead of the conventional rolling (CR) and annealing in low temperature is usful to ultra-thin oriented silicon steel strip.As a new and efficient rolling technique compareing with conventional rolling(CR),cross shear rolling(CSR) obviously depress rolling pression, intensive shearing deformation exit, and sharp of strip can be controled easily. Under the same deformation, equivalent strain is increasd in the CSR, which make big strain gradient, increase distortion energy, driving force is increased, and the number of completely primary recrystallization grain is increased.The 0.3mm thick grain oriented silicon steel was taken as the raw material,which was rolled in the diffreent mismatch ratio(MSR), By testing the magnetic properties and recrystallization texture of the different sample which thickness are 0.06mm,0.08mm, 0.1mm and 0.15mm, it is shown that the magnetic properties and recrystallization texture of the sample rolled by CSR are better than those rolled by CR, and the magnetic properties are increasing with the increase of MSR. When the thickness is too thin, the core loss would rise. So, there would be an optimal thickness of the ultra-thin silicon strip, in which high magnetic induction and low core loss could both be realized.The primary recrystallization is considered from such factors as annealing atmosphere, temperature and thermal retardation time and so on. The effect rule of the annealing system on the product properties is analyzed. Under the same rolling technology, the final magnetic properties rise at the beginning but fall then.850℃is the proper primary recrystallization annealing temperature. By the comparison of different protection atmosphere and annealing in the magnetic field, it is shown that, the samples annealed in the magnetic field is better than the samples annealed in conventional protecton atmospher.This thesis shows a practical way to produce ultra-thin silicon steel strip at low temperature through the investigation.
