Research Of The Reusing Of The Refined Slag

The refining out of furnace had rapidly become one of the most important technique from the 30 and 40 dating in the 20th century. It produces mass of refined slags, which contain CaO, and their alkalinity are similar with the slag of converter. These slags are treated with other slags optionally, which wastes resource.Some steel mill offers us three kinds of refined slags. By the orthogonal test, we found that it hardly affected the melted section to add the felt composition into the three kinds of refined slags; and the melted section of the first and third kind of slag had declined over 50℃,except the second kind of slag, whose melted section was still over 1378℃to add 10% of the mine powder into the three kinds of initial slags, which advanced the melt of the slag of converter; The melted section was low than the each single slag after mixing the three kinds of slag, the temperature of the melted section reduced along with the increasing of the percentage of the mine powder by the orthogonal test. We change the composition of the refined slag by mixing the three kinds of slags, adding a certain percentage mine powder and felt composition, then it match the request of the scene, so we deal with the problem of the refined slag, also saved the cost of the slag of converter.
