| In order to study reignition capability of Al/CuO energetic bridge,by using magnetron sputtering deposition technology to prepare the Al/CuO energetic bridge,by using the scanning electron microscope to measure the Al film deposition rate which is 9.50 nm/min,and the deposition rate of CuO film is 26.06 nm/min.Through the the analysis of mask precision and the relative position to target of containing energetic bridge,in turn to get the relationship with the energetic bridge.The results show that the greater error value,the greater resistance to bridge.Located in the center of the sputtering place energetic bridge which its resistance is smaller.At the same time,the mask plate and the degree of the substrate and laminating is observed,it found that diffraction phenomenon would appear when there is crack of joint between the two material,it will affect the quality of energetic bridge.To design energetic bridge,to prepare the Al/CuO energetic bridge,the analysis including sputtering order,film thickness,energetic bridge district wide than and bridge reaction zone area of ignition voltage,ignition voltage energetic bridge,the results show that sputtering order of the energetic bridge is the ignition voltage of Al-CuO film is low,the ignition ability is strong;when the total thickness of energetic bridge is 2.000μm,the ignition voltage was lower which number is 198.5V.The greater energetic bridge reaction zone area,the lower ignition voltage.When the reaction zone area is 1.2996mm~2,the ignition voltage is relatively lower;The lower district-width of energetic bridge in reaction area,the lower ignition voltage,when the bridge reaction area is 0.6×1.7mm~2,the ignition voltage is low.For parallel to the multipoint ignition energetic bridge,through to observe the reaction zone was damaged including aspect ratio of energetic bridge,energetic bridge Al/CuO mole ratio and ignition voltage impact on the safety distance between two adjacent bridge,the results show that when the energetic bridge width is 0.8×1.28mm~2,the safe distance of adjacent bridge heart is larger,the number is 2.28mm;When the Al /Cu O mole ratio of energetic bridge is 16%,the safe distance of adjacent bridge heart is larger which number is 1.7 mm;With the increase of ignition voltage of energetic bridge,adjacent bridge is gradually increasing the distance of the heart,when the ignition voltage increases to a certain,the adjacent bridge heart distance will tend to set a value of 1.8mm;By using a kind of energetic bridge multipoint ignition,the ignition voltage reduces gradually.Energetic bridge were studied with high speed camera to output characteristic,found that energetic bridge in lit up the whole process of insensitive ignition charge is divided into three stages: including electric explosion stage,energetic bridge lighting insensitive stage and ignition charge combustion phase.When to use to build double-ignition,the big spark time less than maximum spark time which in a single-ignition,it can judge that the ability to build the ignition is more bigger.By using PCC software to process the datas,it found that when energetic bridge reaction zone area is 0.7396,after 2.160 ms to lit ignition charge;When the area was 0.3025mm~2,after 7.300 ms to light ignition charge,the results show that the bigger reaction zone area,the stronger ignition ability. |
