Many chemical weapons had been buried in Haerba Ridge which is in a City named Dunhua by Japanese troops. This caused an enormous threat. In recent years, Japanese experts ready to adopt high-temperature to destruct all of the chemical weapons, and already has been project. The issue is an important component of the region, through the atmosphere detection experiment, the trend of air pollutants can be forecast.How to minimize the environmental pollution and harm the scope, it is necessary to study the spread of pollutants. Atmospheric pollutants in the air-proliferation situation and the impact of the most important factors is that the meteorological conditions.Atmospheric pollution always has been happened in the boundary layer. It is so significance to study the meteorological conditions of the boundary layer for simulating air pollutants trend. Through experiments and theoretical calculations, meteorological data will be analyzed and discussed, summed up the law. Analysis of the meteorological data results and compared to the model results.By adjusting the parameters of the model to achieve the measured data and analysis of the results of reunification, and then analyze the entire regional meteorological conditions. Research on atmospheric diffusion parameter is very important parameters which are for the path of the spread of pollutants, but to make certain the parameters is a very complicated. In order to optimize the method, computer is a good way of calculating which could save many time and material resources. Reserving of the meteorological information on is necessary factors for studying regional atmospheric environmental conditions, the analysis of the atmospheric boundary layer has become the key concern of the people.
